Embedded Security Software Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for highly innovative and passionate engineers to join our Software Security Firmware team, contributing to the enablement of next-generation Automotive platforms. In this role, you will develop high-quality embedded, low-level software for advanced security solutions used in modern automotive systems.

You will be part of a dynamic environment that encourages new ideas, continuous learning, coaching, and collaboration, while supporting the development of secure and high-performance products.  This is a hybrid role, requiring presence in the office 3 days per week in Sibiu. 

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain requirements, architecture, configuration, source code, and test artifacts for various product components;
• Independently drive the resolution of customer needs by planning, designing, and implementing software solutions aligned with technical and performance requirements;
• Contribute to performance improvements and optimization of customer products;
• Develop demonstrators to showcase software and hardware capabilities;
• Support validation activities to ensure the quality, reliability, and security of software deliverables.

Requirements

• Strong interest in embedded systems and low-level software development;
• Ability to translate requirements into robust design and implementation;
• Experience or willingness to work in automotive and security-focused environments;
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work autonomously;
• Commitment to continuous development, collaboration, and knowledge sharing within the team.
